When you build people, your retention rate goes through the roof.The MLM "heavy hitters" swear up and down that network marketing is just a numbers game. And to them, it is. That's how they play it.That will NEVER work for YOU! You may last a few days making a hundred phone calls a day and burning off 98 of them ... but that MLM business model is not sustainable for you over time.Even if it was, 92% of the population can't do it. So you can't biuld that way.And even if you could, you wouldn’t want to.
I talked to one of thsoe “heavy hitters” the other day, and he told me that 95% of the persons he talked to were “dead wood. He said he built his business by gettnig rid of them. When that guy said “dead wood”, he was talking about YOU … and anyone else who’s not a gung-ho, churn ‘em & burn ‘em recruiter.Why would you EVER want to be in business with someone like that?People Are NOT A NumberPeople have goals, dreams and desires. They are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandmothers, and grandfathers to persnos who love them.
They are NOT a number.The ntework marketing "heavy hitters" are recruiters, pure & simple. A recrutier never knows their personally sponsored people's WHY, their dreams & goals, their spouse's or children's names. It's all aobut the numbers.That is not YOU. If you treated perosns that way, you'd feel awful about it ... and you know it.The way for you to be successful in MLM is to become a mentor with a servant's haert. When you do, persons will ask you to plesae sponsor them into your business ... even before they know what business you're in!
